Industries
Where our parts end up.
Four sectors make up most of what leaves here. They have little in common except that the part has to survive something — weather, solvent, vibration or a thousand hands.
Parts by industry
Marine, RV and automotive work.
A sample of the kinds of part we build. Filter by sector, or look at all nine — every one of them starts as a print and ends as a measured, packed carton.
Also on the floor
Two more places our work ends up.
Marine, RV and automotive are the bulk of it. These two run alongside, and use the same tooling and the same inspection.
Industrial equipment
Nameplates, data plates and control overlays for machinery builders, including serialised and regulated marking with full traceability.
- Anodised aluminium and polycarbonate
- PPAP-supported programmes
- Lot traceability held seven years
Transportation & fleet
Contour-cut lettering, numbering and commercial-vehicle labelling built to survive outdoors without a carrier background showing.
- Cast vinyl and durable polyester
- Cut around each letter and shape
- Sequential numbering and part sets
How we work with OEMs
Built for a build schedule.
Most of our volume runs on blanket orders released weekly. That only works if the supplier treats the schedule as the product, so that is how we run it.
| Blanket orders | One purchase order, released in weekly or monthly lots. Acknowledged with every release date on it, so your planner sees the whole run at once. |
|---|---|
| Continuity | When one order closes the next picks up the following week. Rate stays constant rather than stopping and restarting. |
| Material planning | Give us visibility and we buy material against the schedule instead of chasing it release by release. |
| Tooling | Held here, maintained here, and yours. Where tooling comes from a previous supplier we will not run it without written release. |
| Packing | To your count and format — bundled, bagged by part number, or packed per carton to suit how your line consumes it. |
| Routing | Your carrier and account, collect or third party, on every shipment where you have a routing instruction. |
New supplier?
We are set up to be easy to onboard.
W-9, certificate of insurance naming you as holder, ACH details and trade references — send us your vendor pack and it comes back complete, not in pieces over three weeks.
